Apple Funds Corning an Extra $45 Million Corning has been awarded the $45 million in funding from Apple’s Advanced Manufacturing Fund. This is a $5 billion fund that was set up in 2017. Apple describes the fund as one to “foster and support the innovative production and high-skill jobs that will help fuel a new era of technology-driven manufacturing”.
