How to get Apple TV+ on Sky Q and Sky Glass

Apple TV+ is now rolling out on both Sky Q and Sky Glass. The app is available on Sky’s Homepage and the Apps rail, and shows on the platform will appear in the Top Picks section.

What is Apple TV+?

Accounts cost £4.99 per month on a rolling contract, but new customers can get a seven-day free trial.

In addition, if you purchase an Apple product (such as the iPhone 13), you may be entitled to an even longer free trial.

Sky Go and Now memberships come to Apple devices

Sky also confirmed that in the first half of 2022, users with Apple TV devices will be able to download Sky Go. This is the app for existing Sky TV customers which will allow them to watch content on other devices besides the telly.

In addition, memberships for the Sky-owned flexible streaming service Now can also be bought on Apple devices (both with iOS and tvOS) via Apple’s in-app purchase – perfect for people who want all their subscriptions in one place.

Now offers monthly-rolling memberships for entertainment, cinema and sport that can be cancelled at any time. It’s the only place in the UK where you can watch the Friends Reunion special and the Justice League Snyder Cut.

All this news comes after Sky launched its first TV in the UK, Sky Glass, which is currently rolling out orders to customers across the country.
