Within 13.2 beta 2 are some notable additions. There are over 60 new emoji, as is normal, but this time you’ll be able to change the skin tones of individual faces or people to make hand holding and family emojis customisable and inclusive:

On the privacy front, sending Siri recordings to Apple for review to improve the service is now strictly opt-in following the news that Apple was using contractors to listen to personal Siri recordings. In the iOS 13.2 beta (and for iPadOS 13.2, Apple tvOS 13.2, WatchOS 6.1 and MacOS 10.15.1) it’s opt-out by default but opt-in and Apple will keep the recordings internal. It also said that text transcripts will still be kept for all Siri recordings by default and may be read internally or by contractors (via TechCrunch).
Other small changes are the ability to adjust video recording settings in the Camera app on iPhone 11 and 11 Pro (finally!) and a few smaller text-based changes on menus on iOS 13. These changes join the addition of Deep Fusion to the iPhone 11 and 11 Pro’s cameras to automatically update and improve its computational photography smarts.
